JACKIE SLEPER: A pesar de que los habitantes de esta casa viven en la pobreza, son muy ricos porque viven con y en la naturaleza. La paja de los techos parece temblar como si estuviera hecha de plata. Realicé las hojas de los arbustos en color oro y en el lago que corre enfrente de la casa, escribí un poema que expresa todos mis sentimientos acerca de este maravilloso lugar.
Although the people who live in this house are living in poverty, they are rich, because they are living with and in nature. The straw on the roof appears to shimmer, as if made of silver. I produced the leaves of the bushes in gold, and on the lake in front of the house, I wrote a poem that expresses my feelings about this beautiful spot.
